Like many others, my basement was flooded during the recent storm and I had to make a claim with my home insurance. My broker Brian connected me with Frank who went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had regarding the claims process. A lot of policies did not cover basement flooding but Brian had included it in mine which saved me or I wouldnt have been covered.
